Repair roofs, doors/windows, lighting, flooring, and desks. Target completion: 60–90 days. Before/after photos documented.
Curated reading sets by grade level; simple cataloging guidance; termly “book drops.”
Low-cost kits (templates, manipulatives, posters) plus half-day practical workshops (phonics, numeracy games, routines).
Shelving, seating, sign-out log, and weekly reading circles led by volunteers.
Project selection: School request + local endorsement; scored by student impact, urgency/safety, community contribution, sustainability.
Sponsor a ClassroomWe track outputs (projects completed, books delivered, teacher sessions held, reading minutes) and simple outcomes (attendance trends, library checkouts, teacher feedback).
Sort & label books, host a book drive, or join a classroom “fix-day.”
