Programs

School Rehabilitation Micro-Grants

Repair roofs, doors/windows, lighting, flooring, and desks. Target completion: 60–90 days. Before/after photos documented.

Literacy

Books & Literature Drops

Curated reading sets by grade level; simple cataloging guidance; termly “book drops.”

Teacher support

Teacher Resource Kits & Micro-Trainings

Low-cost kits (templates, manipulatives, posters) plus half-day practical workshops (phonics, numeracy games, routines).

Library Corners / Community Reading Rooms

Shelving, seating, sign-out log, and weekly reading circles led by volunteers.

Project selection: School request + local endorsement; scored by student impact, urgency/safety, community contribution, sustainability.
